Sanctuary City, 2017.

Sanctuary City was a response to recent actions by the Trump administration towards immigration. Resembling a rock formation found in the desert, SC is a metaphor to a free, safe zone. The environment made from mylar emergency blankets created a refuge where those feeling displaced found peace. SC is a beacon of hope; a symbol of love, universality and infinite possibility.
